Delivery and Store Pickup

You are able to choose Free of Cost -  In-store Pickup OR Home Delivery when making purchases on  As your order is processed, a representative will contact you by e-mail with anticipated delivery  or pick-up time. 

Most deliveries take place within 48 hours after confirmation, at a time convenient with you.


To qualify for delivery within 48 hours, customers must place their orders before 10:30 am on the day of the purchase of the item. 

Any item purchased on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday would be processed as a next business day order and delivered by 48 hours after that.

Any purchase after 10:30 am on a business day will be considered a next day order.  

·         E.g. An item purchased at 8 am on Tuesday will be processed as a Tuesday order and be delivered by Thursday.  

Any item purchased after 10:30 am will be processed as a Wednesday order and be delivered by Friday. 

·         E.g. An item purchased on Saturday or Sunday would be processed as a Monday order and be delivered by Wednesday. 

 Please note that no pickups or deliveries are done on Public Holidays.

This service is limited to the corporate area and Portmore, see boundaries:

·         Kingston bounded by Central Village, red Hills Square, Harbour View Square & Papine Square

·         Portmore bounded by Greater Portmore


Don't have a credit card? No worries, shop online and pay cash in-store or via Paymaster!  

We will save your sale for  48 hours, after which if unpaid we will delete.


Customers also have the option of picking up their order in-store, at any requested branch. A representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your order and after verification has been completed the representative will advise when the purchase can be collected.
