Courts COVID-19 Update (updated 23 June 2020)
Everyone at Courts is committed to helping the families and communities we serve throughout the Caribbean, in good times and bad.
The Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago announced on Saturday, 30 May 2020 that restrictions on Courts Retail Stores would be lifted beginning 1 June 2020!
We are therefore pleased to announce from Tuesday, 2 June 2020 all Courts Retail Stores in Trinidad and Tobago are now reopened!
All of us at Courts look very much forward to the safe return of our valued customers to stores. To protect our customers and ensure the safety of everyone, we are implementing new policies and practices in each of our locations.
If you do not wish to shop in-person, please do not worry. shopcourts.com - this e-commerce web site - continues to operate, and we are making fast delivery of orders to the curbside of our customer's homes. Orders are generally processed and scheduled for delivery within 72 hours on a first-come, first-served basis. We regret that due to these unprecedented circumstances, there may be exceptions to our stated processing and delivery times. Our highly skilled customer contact team will work with customers to arrange convenient appointment times. Should conditions require Courts to suspend delivery, customers will be contacted by telephone.
We will continue to do everything possible to help you navigate these uncertain times. We will post updates here as our stores reopen.
